I have over 15 years of experience as a management consultant helping for small and medium size businesses, as well as wealthy individuals, at my own firm as well as a Big 5 Consulting Firm. Unlike other financial advisors who are basically either glorified accountants or stock brokers, my performance was often rated on the stock price of the client company going up! Both Firms were compensated by cleints based on a fee only basis. Subsequently, I received my NASD Series 66 (Financial Advisor), Series 7 (stock broker), and various state Insurance licenses. I trained at a large Reistered Investment Advisor (RIA)/Broker Dealer where I acheived top client ratings and personal financial success for several years. However, I found that there was a fundamental conflict of interest in having to sell financial products under the guise of giving financial advice. I decided to create my own RIA where NO financial products are sold. Ask your current "financial advisor" what percentage of their compensation comes from product sales. It might surprise you!

We are here to help you understand your goals, make recommendations, and then help you follow through. Even though our principals hold other licenses and keep them current, this is only to obtain continuing education to thus better advise individual clients and buisnesses on the latest trends in wealth managment.. We are also totally non-discretionary. Unlike other RIAs that are aligned with broker-dealers but claim to be "independent," neither CWA nor its financial advisors take ANY product kickbacks, commissions or "trails" from the sale of ANY financial product. We are happy to work with your other advisors including Attorneys, CPAs, financial advisors, and so on. Our motto is "We Advise, You Decide."
