Randy entered the financial services industry in 1982 and obtained his CFP® designation in 1986 as a District Manager with Waddell & Reed, Inc.  Randy is also a CDFA™ practitioner and currently runs the financial planning services for the Bank of Blue Valley as their Financial Planning Officer, providing complimentary, comprehensive financial planning services to the Bank’s customers and does not sell any products.

Randy attended the USAF Academy, received a BS degree from Kansas State University, has a Masters of Public Administration from the University of Kansas and an MBA from Baker University.  He has been a Board Member of the Greater KC Chapter of the FPA for the last 4 years and is on the Board for his church.
