Jewelry designer Dian Malouf has created rings in her classic style that clear up the first question most singles have when they meet someone new: Hitched or unhitched?
The distinctively masculine-looking rings come with a plain or notched square band and are stamped as either “HITCHED” or “UNHITCHED.” You can choose from all-solid sterling or two-toned, with a solid sterling band and a solid 14 karat-gold face.
There are two sides to the beauty of these bands. The “hitched” rings would work as a unique sub for a more traditional wedding or commitment band. But if you’re happily getting divorced, you may want to celebrate your freedom — and replace your wedding band with another kind of statement: “unhitched!”
The rings, which range from $350 and $2,300, can be ordered in whole and half sizes. Find Malouf’s rings at Nuvo in Dallas,
