I'm terribly sorry for your loss. I hope they put him under the jail. Get yourself into some counseling and maybe a divorce support group too. It will help. See if there is a Divorce Care group at one of the local churches. They only charge for the work book. Another baby on the way. Yes, a support group. Do you know what this baby is going to be? I'm glad you were advised to go to your family. You will benefit from their support. Take care

Then check with an atty. in Tenn. They should be able to help you. I saw something earlier that said spaz wouldn't be back on here until the 5 or 6th. So you might have to wait to hear from her.

Write spaznskitz@gmail.com or the mail system on here.. She can answer your question for you. Is he okay with you moving? I hate to ask what happened to your children. I answered your post and you should be able to file in Tn. but. Are the children his? Be sure you put more info in if you post to legal or mail spaz. You need to tell her everything so you can get the right advice.
