You aske in my blog, how long the road is to get here. For me, it has been over a year on this road with a lot of pain and hardship. Many set backs and shocks of finding out how very few people (including my own family) really do care about me in the end. A year plus of pain and hurt, but I could only go down this road or give up. I have a sweetheart of a 3 yr old daughter, giving up is not an option. As much pain as it was to get here, I have learn a lot of very useful truths that will only make my life better than before. The trip was worth the pain. I can see by your blogs that you are on the road and dealing with this mess as well. It may hurt and take time, but you'll get to a better place and survive all of this. I and tons of others have already.

Hey there. I see you're having a fun time with anxiety. I used to have severe panic attacks myself; always felt like I was going to die or something awful was going to happen, or just crawling out of my skin in general. I found that reading about other peoples symptoms helped me to not feel so crazy or alone. I also found that exercising helped to use up the adreline. Here's a fact about adreneline; it's the juice that maeks you feel sick and awful and comes from a gland. You body can only pump adreneline for two mintues at a time. If you can calm the thoughts down that is causing your body to THINK it's in danger, the adreneline will stop gushing into your body and the sick feeling will be gone. Watch the clock if it helps. It's your mind affecting your biology. I know it sucks, but remember that you can think your way out of it. You are in contol of your thoughts. Good luck. Feel better.
