Hi Skyler, It's such a beautiful place when you stop taking what other people do personally. Nothing other people do is because of you; it's because of them. When someone sends you a gift of negativity or does something to hurt you, it's a gift they're giving and guess what? You don't have to accept. If you give it back to them, it's theirs to keep. Love your perspective on what happened in your marriage! Releasing the past is key:)

Hi Skyler, Thanks for the compliment. I wish I didn't have to learn my advice thru experience, but oh well, you live, love and learn...(It's what I've heard anyway)...lol My schedule with the kids is pretty good, Tue/Thur evenings and every other weekend. I wish it was more, but with my career, it's almost impossible to make any more time. Good luck with everything. Try to stay strong, I can honesly tell you that it does get better with time.( I didn't believe it myself when a friend told me the same thing...lol) Good luck with everything. -Thom

Hi skyler, thanks for your response. In the same boat? Uggg, bad boat! Yes, I want to fix it "over-night", but not possible, I know. I just don't understand, if your love told you they would spend the rest of their life putting things right, wouldn't it be worth a try? Yes? No? or too many years hardens a heart. We shall see, thanks
