Only in this case, the goal isn't to put Humpty Dumpty back together again, no matter how many jobs for soldiers and horses the task may generate in this economy. :) It's a sculpture by Salvador Dali called "Birth of the New Man." For me, it symbolizes growing out of my arrested development into a real man and breaking out of the shell of harmful self-preserving behaviors. For Dali, it was a political metaphor that he fully explored in the painting "Geopoliticus Child Watching the Birth of the New Man." But I take what I can get.
