I forgot to mention on my reply to your guys comments that you're right about getting them to admit the truth via email, thanks! The P.I. I have to get the proof of adultery has some info (actually I did more of the detective work than him, but that's another story..ugh) but I thought about maybe IM'ing my stbx and have him assume I already know and come with the "why" card. Why, after all the accusing you did on me did you go get someone immediately? If he answered that, I'd have my ace in the hole. (Delete this after you read it, haha).

Thanks onestep. This happens less frequently than it used to. Usually on Sundays. I try to stay out of town on that day. But I do go in to town for Sunday papers. It's rained too many days. Thanks for your kind words.
