ok nancy, time to pull your head out of your heart and get down to the business of taking care of what needs to be taken care of. Ok, so you talked to one attorney who didn't fit your needs, that is going to happen, you interview and consult with attorneys in your area until you find one that is willing to go for what you are looking for which is a fault divorce citing adultery & a cease and disist order keeping him from making any changes to the marital assets until a divorce is final. No, he isn't allowed to do all the things he is doing, but you have to get a court to force him not to & to be compensated for the crap he has already pulled. There will be an attorney out there for you that is on the same page as you as far as what you want. Just have to find them - have you looked on here on the legal referral area to see if there is an advertising attorney close to you?
