I didn't read it as nasty at all - but for what it was - utter frustration. Understandable. The reason I call you the "intruder" is because you have to think about what your first line of defense would be if things escalated - the police would get called - you would be the one escorted away, or told to leave, the area, regardless of the lashing the judge may have given your ex about the neighborhood, because you legally don't live there. You don't want to go the RO route because that will just make thing even more complicated and ugly - so the best practice, is, unfortunately, avoidance. Consider a weekly pizza ight at a local place where the kids can goof off and you, the parents, can visit together - away from the dipshit and his wife.

Think positive, be busy so as not to think and look after your health. Comfort yourself not with food but slippers, pjamas, etc. Avoid comfort food as you will gain weight. Surround yourself with positive people and have a productive routine. Donot isolate yourself, volunteer just improve yourself and view this period in your life as an opportunity ti add personal growth. I have been there and back and I know. Seek a doctor for anti-depressants as they are non-addictive. Do this for yourself and your children. Forget the past as you cannot change it only learn from it. We are only human and you now have this wonderfull opportunity to succeed to greater things. My email is kevinotto53@yahoo.ca and you donnot ever have to reply as I am only offering my advice which I have learned. I think my handle in here is kevinwo. Bye for now.
