Thanks ma'am for your kind comments.I have had the same attorney for all three divorce filing's against her.I blew it big time in '06.She assaulted me with a kinfe on my birthday. I was upstairs in our bedroom.She came up manic start to overturn all the furniture.I was laying on the bed in gym shorts no shirt.She had a knife and kept slashing me about the chest and arms.She collasped crying telling me,I made her do it. I slipped out of the home made my way to the police.They photographed the injuries.I then went to my sister's home and had her photograph the wounds.When I file our case was put on the expedited track.She asked me to stop the proceedings and she would get help.I did(big mistake).When she recieved confirmation from the court she got in my face,"If you were a real man,you would have followed through." The attorney representing me said the statue of limitations has run out on that so we must proceed on the slow track. After suffering a heart attack last May it has only intensified by her and her children. I know I will be fine.I just want my home back to have solitude.This will enable me to grieve,heal and move past this horrible relationship.To make matters worse I love her still and have great empathy for her.The fact that a mental disorder is this powerful is frightening and to watch is first hand is unforgivable.
