just tant to inform you hat i am finally a single sailor. got granted my divore in indiana!! the judge didnt decide on custody because the kids are in japan. also she has no entitlements. Now she is just trying t0 get a navy JAG to force me to pay her anywey reguardless of my divorce decree.

thanks for your advice, trust me i have contacted several JAGS here in okinawa japan. they are clueless here. i was forced to hire a civilian lawyer for my case. we have no agreement with this country because japan refuses to sign the " Geneva" agreement. so regardless of what the verdict outcome it will be pointless because she could always fly back to japan to avoid being charged with child abduction. and the Japanese police won't arrest her. she may have a warrant out for her arrest in the states but as long as she keeps the kids in japan she is safe. that's messed up isn't it? i have payed her close to $10000 since i left her almost a year ago.
