Lisa - be mindful of the "posted" date on questions you choose to answer, especially on the legal answers board, as several you have answered today that already were answered by others, were months old.

To clarify, I never left my wife, we both moved and all live in SC now. I am just a mess as to whether I should try and work it out or leave. If it were not for my 3 and 5 year old I would of left her. Is it wrong for me to try and stay with her because of the kids? I am just LOST as my post title. Thanks,

Hi Lisa - I understand, but I would think that the court can force him to reveal is hours and income. The clerk of the court might also tell you how to contact the department of labor on your case, if you take the time to befriend him/her, and see if you can get the DOL to give you the information on his income. I know that the state of Flordia did that to my partner on behalf of his former wife and kids when they wanted to verify his income for CSSC and the DOL gave them the information. Not sure if it applies here, but it's worth a check.
