I am doing ok, just reliving the night of the final time my ex had anything not hateful be beyond "I'm done". It appears the ex isn't as I will be going to court Monday because I wouldn't blindly comply to the ex's desire to plan out every part of our divorce. I hope your finally final is really the final. Okay, so I read your story and some of your comments and I'm thinking to myself (about you) "don't give up on marriage...don't give up on finding someone to really love, cherish, respect, and desire you....you seem so loving, patient, kind, and giving...and you are so beautiful...surely you can find someone to treat you right...? And then the thought hits me...damn if that isn't exactly how I feel though. I feel like it's over. I don't want to date anymore...I don't want to "play" anymore AND I don't want to waste anymore years on someone only to find out that I was being tricked all along...I've had enough. But other than my being married for 25 1/2 years, I'm not much different than you and my situation now isn't much different. So maybe I will take my own advice and I won't give up on Love and Happiness. Yeah, that's the ticket. I think I will take my own advice. So....lifeinpurgatory, will you marry me? hehe ;-)
