I'm really struggling, back and forth, with this whole "friends with my ex" thing.... you are right, mine doesnt deserve me as a friend, and either does yours, should you guys divorce. I dont think I can find the nerve to say "please dont call me when you move..." because I think I'm scared that'll make him automatically put me out of sight, out of mind... I wonder if he will try to call (text most likley) when he's gone and how I should react... I'm kinda playing it by ear, trying not to worry about it tooo much... maybe just wait and see what happens when or if it happens. ugghhh... enough rambling... yea, I actually have two doggies at home... but I've been working these 15 hour days, I dodge straight to bed when I get home. It's the during work when me and the ex usually text that will be especially tough... so how are YOU feeling about everything? I know you tend to do the "right thing" more than the "right thing for YOU" a lot... I worry about you, sister...!!! Lotsa hugs - Jamie

Hi darlin... just wanted to say hi... I know things havent been easy lately (for either one of us!) but we are totally gonna be ok!

The penance is the penance (neverending, though I hope not). Some days are good and I can see "progress", if you will. Other days are not so good. Friday, I could hardly get her to acknowledge me (i.e. say "Hi") when I got home from work :(. But on Saturday we all got in costumes and went trick or treating at Greenfield Village (Dearborn, MI) and had a great time together. :)
