Hi, thanks for asking. No things are not okay for me or the kids. I got a new lawyer and then lost the new lawyer after the ex claimed yet another conflict of interest. Filed an objection to that and have not heard yet. Filed motion for the kids to get into therapy, He fought me on that. Judge said she would have a hearing, but not until mediation. I set up mediation, he refused saying he could not afford--again, has a funeral and that date had not been discussed with him. He took my middle child to the ER for the second time and did not let me know until the following day, which I actually found out when my son told me when I went to drop off lunches. Tried to schedule a follow-up ortho appt. for my oldest and the ortho office would not let because the ex had called that morning preventing me from doing so. He says, "I am not allowed to make any decisions." Filed motion with the court to clarify, have not heard anything. Sick and tired of all of it and starting to truly think there is no end to all of this. Ex was overheard at my kids school saying, he was going to nail my ass to the wall. He is forbidding my oldest to use part of his name, that is on his birth cert., because it is mine. There ya have it. That has been the last week of my life. How are things with you.
