Well, HereIgo.....I am sitting here on the computer and watching Christmas movies on the Hallmark channel....took my oldest son back to college...I'm very weepy this evening, so your little thank you made me boohoo all over again. I, too, am very thankful for everyone here at this site. I, too, am honest, a giver. I live to love others and take care of them...so somewhere, sometime there might just be someone..,

Well, as Thanksgiving weekend comes to a close, I find myself thankful for many things. My sons are healthy and happy in college. My dogs are here and annoying. I've had a couple conversations with some nice women. Even though I'm not ready for anything, it's good to have that "feeling" again. My stbx moved out. As much as it hurts to see the end of the marriage, I am realizing that life indeed goes on. But something I am especially thankful for is the comments and support I have recieved from many here on this site. For a long time, too long, I have been broken down, and felt that my situation was somehow unique. I'm beginning to see that it isn't unique at all, except that it simply has happened to me. I am not perfect. Nowhere close. But I am honest. I am a giver. I am dependable. I am trustworthy. I can live with that. The highs and lows that come with divorce are incredible. Today is a high. I am especially thankful for that. To those of you who have befriended me and supplied comments and friendship, thank you so very much.
