	by girl70 9 Posts 1/2/2009 1:52 PM My little boy (7 years old) asked me if his dad and I were still married. It has been almost a year since his dad left. His gf moved in last month and our divorce was final in September. He has been in counseling almost the entire year and really struggling with the entire life change. I told him no. He seemed really surprised and saddened by my answer. It broke my heart to have to explain it to him. It pains me to see my children disappointed and forever affected by the cowardly and selfish choices my ex made.

I called in sick to work today because I couldn't face going in there. I hate my job. My divorce was final recently. The thought of my kids with him and the other woman sickens me. I don't know when my life will ever feel normal again.
