firefly-wow, I felt like I was reading my own LIFE when you posted on my blog. I moved out when my oldest was a year old. my youngest was only 2 months old. You can too inquire about him--and I would. It is your daughters' birth right to know where their daddy is, and you are entitled to support for them. I would open a case with your state and track him down...is there a witholding order for child support from the courts? If so, and you open a case with the child support disbursement unit in your state, they can and WILL eventually find him, especially if he has a job that reports to the IRS-doesn't matter what state he's in. He can run but he can't hide. However, all that depends on how often he runs. What my ex does is dodge the system-as soon as child support starts being garnished from his paycheck, he quits or "gets fired" and moves. So, good luck withthat-just wanted to let you know that it's possible to haunt him if you want to...I let the disbursement unit in my state do all the work..I figure if I receive a check, it's a bonus lol sorry this is so long...
