I don't want you doing something that in the end might come back and bite you in the butt. I hope you've gotten an attorney to advise you on this. I'm not 100% certain that you can or cannot move out of state to separate with the kids according to NC Law, but Spaz can answer that for you. I do know about the separation filing though. Please just be very careful in what you do from here on out. If you'd like to talk, I would enjoy it. I am very close to F'ville myself.
