Dancer, What status is your case in now (Sept 09) ??? Are you divorced yet? I have a friend, married 32 years, going thru a similar situ with spouse and attorney, wanting to fire the one she has now, 8 months in and 12000, nothing happening yet and more bills piling up with no divorce in sight even.
