If they "never heard of it" or don't want to fight for it for you, then they are not looking to your interests and are not the attorney for you anyway.

I don't get your thinking here... he will win visitaiton CW - ex parte or otherwise - and when he does, if you don't do this the RIGHT way, all thoughts of a morals clause goes right out the window and his "affair" will get to play house with your child.
