Hi, welcome to d360. Here’s a quicky ‘how-to-get-started’ note. 1.You can do everything from here, your MyStuff/Profile page. At the top is your SCROLL. When your friends/people you follow, post something new, it will show up here. It’s live and in real time. 2. Post a new QUESTION. See where it says ADVICE? Click Add New and type a question. When you hit submit, the entire site can see it, read it and comment on it. 3. Post a new BLOG. Click Add New up at the Blog section. Advice/Questions are usually shorter questions that need answers now….and blogs are longer, personal stories or vents. 4. See if anyone commented on your questions and blogs and if they did, comment back. 5. Read other members questions and blogs and give them your thoughts. 6. Follow people. When you see the follow button/get alerts link, and you like that members posts or that topic, click it. You will be alerted when they post. 7. This area here is your Wall. It’s for semi-private notes or jokes between members. Hope this helps. Let me know if you have any questions. Thanks, Paula

Questions??? Had an emergency support hearing and the lawyers agreed prior to court and that was in may.( I have a restraining order in affect since feb. ) about child support to be paid june 1 and so on. Well my lawyer typed up what we agreed and well its nov and nothing. His lawyer said he didn't agree when it was in writing and it has been dragged out. Went to mediation twice and nothing has been resolved. I want primary custody with him getting every other weekend and 1 night a week. He will not agree. In the meantime he has not payed a dime for 10 months. His girlfriend who moved in 2 days after has been arrested for domestic assault in 2003. has a husband who is a felon. Has had DCF in my home because she leaves here 3 kids along. has dyed my 4 years old hair hot pink with permanent hair color to piss me off. he worked at 2:30 am everyday of my son's life until I moved out and know is trying to be daddy dearest since he is being watched. He drinks and drives with my child and I had a PI watch him prior to the seperation drinking and driving. now we are goind to court again and he is trying to scare me by playing games asking for all records of my bank accounts for the last 15 months and he is lying about a account he has. It also states in the emergency hearing we will go over vistitation, temp custody and support. I really hope the judge will rule in my favor but and give me support and primary custody but I am worried he will keep it the same. I feel my child needs a stable environment and he is getting ready for kindergarden. What can I do to help my case?????
