Sounds like you had a good time overall this past weekend. I would love to be able to have an "I still love him" moment. It sounds like Dan may really be trying. But make sure the "same path" that the two of you follow still involves him not drinking. Even though he was good with it this past weekend, he does seem to have a bad track record when it comes to drinking and how he acts. Good luck!

Well all It Seams I only can see Sheilah responses so if you all want to respond try the wall or send it to me threw mail. This past weekend I drove to NJ with My spouse for his Mother s 70th Birthday. To my Surprise the trip went well, The party was not bad at all .He did not act like a jerk even drinking a lot. I was having a nice time until the DJ requested all couples to the floor Dan didn't even come looking for me, I went to him but his aunt and sister in-law were Dancing with him already .To My Surprise and shock, I was angry and I realizes for the first time in years "I still love him" God help me ! I actually wanted him & love him! I was very upset that we have gotten to that point that he did not even think I would want to dance with him. The tears came rolling out & down. I left the hall for a few to pull myself together when I returned and he asked what was wrong I told him. Yes he tried to make me all my fault , That we did not dance together he said I should had cut in . OK He is rite on that one. To make it up to me he paid the DJ $40. to play our wedding song. This time I was no were to be found I left the hall and sat in the car to pull myself together. He was upset He could not find me. I told look how funny it all is how he and I cannot get on the same track. He told me I was correct when he tries I am done , when I try he Is done. We cannot seam try at the same time. He said when he returns home Monday he is going to stop drinking ( I am flying home today I need to get back to work) He will be home Monday after his birthday. I belive him that he is going to try and not drink. He said he wants us to find the same track and be on it at the same time. I can only Pray he can do this . Well I need to catch my plane .
