Waiting for the Silver Lining



We dated during high school, yes some have said high school sweethearts.  Made it through five years of college.


Some have said the perfect couple.  Happy, kid focused, exciting and fun.  Easying going and understanding and respectful of each others needs.


I found a hidden bank statement with a unexplainable hotel charge.  Further monitoring of online bank statements led to more questioning.  Phone records & txt messages confirmed my suspensions. 


Confronted her regarding her relationship(s).  She denied at first.  We are respectful of each other now with less tension (but still plenty - I don't feel like exploding) because of our three kids.  I decided to hold on filing until the kids were out of school for the summer.  That will allow us to minimize damage to our Mom & Dad relationship - keeping our focus on the kids.
