life is too short to be miserable

The verbal abuse has been going on for about 15 years.  I've just dealt with it up until now.  I'm so miserable, I can't wait to have some peace.    


I've told him several times that I want out.  Most recently he told me that he doesn't have a problem and isn't going anywhere.  I'm not sure how to get him to leave.  I'm meeting with a lawyer this week.
