thrird time he had had affair plus admitted cyber sex, physicall, sexually and emotional abusive    

Tell us how you first realized you had a problem.

I have an handicapped son. first born, the night I brought him home from the hospital and he was crying all night he said he was going to hit him in the fxxxxxx mouth if he did not shut up.  then with my daughter in a psyche hospital 20 years later he tells me after he had moved out that he is seeing someone.  Later it was realized he had moved in with her almost immedately after he left me and the kids

What did you do about it or if you have not done anything yet, why?

we are divorced.  been divorced since 2003.  I was broken and scared of him.  He got almost everything including the house which has been sold and he made over 30 thousand dollars.  I got all the credit card debt and had ot file bankruptcy.  He had pushed me over the edge and I was not mentally capable of fighting him in the divorce.  I knew it wasn't right but I couldn't fight him and I didn't think I could contest after the divorce was over.  How does a woman who has given everything to a man fight him?  I had nothing to fight with.  I want a redo

The hardest part was the thought of going in front of a judge to tell what he had done.  My husband manipulated and lied to me our whole marriage I didn't think he would believe me.
