Things are heating up big-time in the Christie Brinkley/Peter Cook divorce trial, and some pretty nasty stuff is coming out.

In opening statements this week, Brinkley's lawyer claimed that Cook spent thousands of dollars on Internet porn and also claimed Christie had to pay for her own Mother's Day flowers because Cook would charge them to her account.

Cook then took the stand and stated under oath that he had a sexual relationship with Diana Bianchi that lasted less than a year. He also said he bought her Victoria's Secret lingerie and a $2,000 watch.

But here's the thing that really gets me: Alexa Ray Joel, daughter of Christie and ex-husband Billy Joel, testified about an incident involving a water leak. She said Cook stormed into the bathroom while she was taking a shower and yelled at her to get downstairs to "clean this mess."

Alexa said she wasn't given a chance to get dressed before Cook forced her to go downstairs, and that he pushed her head into the leaked water and forced her to clean it up while she was naked.

If I was Brinkley, I would have sent Cook packing that very day. Stay tuned for what I'm sure will be more bombshells in this trial.
