7/3/09

She's been back for two nights now and I look at her and feel nothing.  She's very angry it appears and won't talk at all.  But I get the feeling her weekend with her new man might not have gone very well.  Her dependent personality is going to make this long distance relationship tough.  Especially when she starts working as the kind of jobs she wants are weekend and night hours for the most part.

Busy weekend with a party, dinner with friends, seeing a buddy from up north and then going to a flea market.  It should be alot of fun!

I have tried to make small talk, but she wants no part of it.  I am polite when in the same room, but basically its total silence.  This is her choice not mine but if that is what she wants then I don't let it bother me.

how do you handle not talking at all?  are you doing the basic polite things like 'excuse me' and 'pass the salt', or is it total silence?
