Anne Heche Divorce Battle Draws to a Close...Maybe...

A month after telling the court she was in dire financial straits, actress Anne Heche has been ordered to pay a lump sum of $275,000, plus $3,700 in monthly child support payments, to ex-husband Coley Laffoon.

Heche will also pay 75% of their 6-year-old son Homer's private school tuition, with Laffoon paying the remainder, as well as half of "agreed-upon extracurricular activities."

According to an ETOnline story, the former spouses have been sharing custody of Homer for the past year, although Heche has spent much of her time in Vancouver filming the ABC comedy "Men in Trees." The show was recently canceled.

Heche had been paying nearly $15,000 per month for the past year, but last month, a judge excused her from paying Laffoon for the month of July, thanks to a declaration the actress filed stating she was $364,000 in debt, with only $34,840.93 to her name at the time of the filing.

Heche filed for divorce from Laffoon in February, 2007 after 5 1/2 years of marriage. A nasty custody battle ensued, and a judged ordered them to "refrain from making derogatory remarks" in front of their son.

Another Hollywood marriage dissolves into the ether.
