Spent alot of time on the phone with friends yesterday.  A good buddy of mine is coming down Memorial weekend for kind of a boys retreat.  Play some golf, have a few beers, and talk stupid.  I've always known I had a small but very close set of friends, but in times like this you really find out.  Everyone I felt I could count on has been there for me.  Its good to be loved by friends.

I spent some time with my daughters boyfriend and her last night.  Seems like a good kid the more I talk to him the more I like him.  She's a great kid and dealing with this very well.  I've always been proud of both my kids and I think they will do well in life.

I spoke briefly with my stbx last night.  She sounds very different when talking to her this week.  She's not as cold as she has been the past few months.
