Help Wanted - Please

Hello Im new here and need help!

My Ex. has given me a choice - give him what he wants - ie money or he goes and puts in the hands of his lawyers that gave him advise!

I have had no advise but will be seeing someone this Thursday. And have till this Friday to call my Ex with an answer.

The thing is I am currently waiting on a long drawn out compensation claim for pain and suffering and he wants a % of it. In saying this I can never work again but he can!!!

Some have said he's not entitled to it and some say he can take me to court for it!

I just don't know what the hell to do.
Please Help if you can!

Don't panic. Wait to see what your lawyer says. They'll have a better idea of your specific case. Chances are whatever your husband wants is more than what he'd get in court. Talk to your lawyer, and then when you have all the facts, you can make an informed decision.
