Hi, I am very happy that you are a member. Maybe I can get alot of my questions answered. So my husband has decided he wants a divorce. Ok fine yeah whatever. We are both military and are moving to Arizona, that is where he plans on filing. So i guess my first question is what is the price rang of an actual uncontested divorce? He also told me that he wants joint custody which is fine with me, but I (me) wants child support. I know that even though we are sharing custody, that I can still be rewarded child support. How true is that? Also when he files he may ask for joint custody but with no child support if i contest that, how will I be responsible for? Also I feel like I should be entitled to alimony as well. How does that work? I know the chances are slim being that we are military and we both make the same in income. Any answers can help! Thanks!!

I hate to bother you but I have a question and not quite sure where I stand. My husband has owned our house for several years before we married, he pushed me to refinance it & added my name on the mortage & left before the first payment has been made. Do I have a right to ask that he be responsible for half the monthly payment & half the home insurance until it is sold? Do I also have the right to ask for child support while doing this? He had no problem with me working 56 hours a week while taking care of him, the house & 3 kids. but when I get laid off for 3 months due to my employer being in the hospital, I am now the worlds laziest wife. Any we HAD to refinance in my name as well as his because of his credit score (waaaay low) and the fact of the child support he has to pay his X wife. Do I have any roghts or am I being stupid?
