About a woman who suied the woman who was having an affair with her husband stating that this woman destroyed her livelyhood.  She won the case.  Anyone else hear of such a thing?

I think if you actually go through with this, and it works. I want to be invited to court that day. Even though I wont reap any of the rewards for my self ;( , I can get gratification watching you get her. That would be so fricking awsome !!!!!! You have to do it. Tell me what happens, please. ~ S ~

I'm in Ohio and adultry is a cause for divorce. I'm going to talk to an attorney about sueing her too. He thinks she has money enough to keep him happy. I wonder what he will think when she gets halled in to court and I won her money.

Hello Kissyface, YES, I saw that also ! It made me very upset. I live in IL, which is a NO FAULT STATE. Which means IL could care less about my husbands cheating. And, even worse - I know his little slut, sorry. But, when this started she was 19yrs old and he was 50 yrs old. And, her parents think she is a lil goody goody...please. If we had that law here, I could make sure her parents were made aware of their daughter having sex with her x-best friends father (My husband). That's part of my dilemma. I am going to post a poll on my question for the community in a little while. What state do you live in? Is it a No Fault State? I have been trying to look up IL divorce laws on the net, looking for anything that would put them both in the public eye. Yes, I am very hurt, and angry still. Maybe if he didn't flaunt all this in my face, I would be doing better. I hope you get some good information, and really follow up on it. Do It. Take care. "S" P.S. If you don't know. Google it with a question like. "What States are No Fault Divorce States?". Tell me if you don't get anything, I'll look it up for you. "S"
