Any recommendations on reading materials to get through this process?

At this point in the process I have filed about 2 months ago. He responded to my complaint, didnt bother telling his attorney why this divorce was taking place. Made it out like I was the one that took everything and ran. OOH and that he felt the marriage was not irretreivably broken and could be saved by marriage counseling. Mind you the night I received his answer, I just got home from my mom's vigil service. My mother passed away unexpectedly a few days prior. What a jerk. So I wrote up quite the response and sent it to my attorney. No word yet. Amazing thing is-- really amazing...not even a few days after receiving this response from his attorney, he has created several online dating accounts. Proclaiming how lonely he is! Wow, so the grass isnt greener on the other side of the fence. I knew about his gf dumping him, she isnt going to leave her farm to go move in with him, get real.

So last night I ran to Borders and I picked up a few books, I picked up one on Infidelity and a couple books on marriage. I don't have any intentions on retracting the filing for divorce. I want to educate myself more about what a marriage should be like. I guess I am looking at them for introspect and education.

I am also joining this group that meets once a week called Divorce Care.

I am also doing things to take care of myself, tried out yoga and looking for ways to calm down all this inner emotional turmoil.  Or at least get the roller coaster not to go down the hills so fast.

Does anyone have any suggestions on any books...some topics I am interested in are the emotions that run with going through the divorce process. Anything that will help with calming the storm down inside of me. Or anything you think might be fitting.

Thank you for your responses. I will definitely check all those ideas out. It is just wild thinking back on how I got out of there and took care of me. Now I am in a good, safe spot. I can just feel the emotions catching up to me now. I am going to be fine. Its just one heck of a roller coaster ride to be on.
