Mia Tyler and her half-sister Liv Tyler have been inseparable since meeting at an Aerosmith concert. Now they're helping each other cope with single life. Mia recently split from fiance Brian Harrah, while Liv is going through a divorce with Rocker Royston Langdon.
But they may not have each other, if not for a chance meeting. Neither had been told about the others' existence, but they instinctively knew they were connected in some way after meeting backstage at an Aerosmith concert, fronted by their dad, Steven Tyler.
Mia, who was eight at the time, recalls, "There was this girl who looked like me. I went home that night and I couldn’t stop talking about her, and my mom was like, 'Wait a minute…' and I think she started putting two and two together and she was like, 'That’s your sister.'"
Mia adds, "She’s going through a divorce, and I’ve been divorced, so it’s a lot of adult conversations."
Good thing for chance meetings! Does it seem weird, though, that their parents never told them about each other? Maybe they do things differently in CelebrityLand (well, that's a given).
