I survived the court date. We actually didn't see the judge but was able to negotiate through the lawyers and get an agreement. I think its equitable so we can move forward. Next step is dividing up property. I think that will be relatively easy with a few items in contention. Hopefully we can figure that out this week.
I am pretty wiped out right now as its been a stressful day. But I now know what's going to happen and have somewhat of a time table. Just need to get some energy back and start moving ahead. A good nights sleep and things will be looking up I am sure.
