I've decided to come to my parents house for a day or two. (They are away). I needed a break from the family home & husband.
This whole process of deciding, getting the guts to do it, is very hard. But then, so is the pain and disappointment at home. We'll see which is worse . being alone or being home. Not that this day or two will provide a definitive answer.
I just have to take care of me.
