? for the guys

My husband does not understand that he cheated on me emotional.  And certainly doesn't understand why I can't just get over it.

So I am wondering is this a gut thing (not understanding that all cheating is not sex) or does not husband just have a really slow learning curve?

Thank you,

R

Here's an interesting thought.  I'm sharing a level of intimacy with all of you that I don't share with my wife.  I'm telling you things I can't tell her.  I'm getting needs met here that she can't meet.  And if she knew, she'd be absolutely furious.

Am I having an emotional affair with all of you?

My answer is "no", for two reasons.  I have no relationship with her anymore.  But more importantly, the needs I'm meeting here are not needs that wife can meet, and has never been able to meet.

The denial is just a self defence mechanism.  My ex sent videos of herself useing a vibrator and still she said it didn't mean anything.  She just couldn't face the ugly truth of the decisions she had made.
