Met with the associate attorney yesterday to respond to the Order to Show cause. We have a date with the courts next month. I may end up paying her support while she's living in the house and she'll have no responsibilities to pay bills with that money. Somehow it seems like I am continually getting the shaft on this deal. She won't have to move out and will get alot of money that will just be play money for her. I hope she moves out quickly.
We are filling for sole custody of the kids in hopes of getting joint. I wish I had more proof of her drug usage but just don't feel I have enough to make those accusations. I don't want to seem like I'm just throwing darts as that's not my style without proof.
Went and hung out with my lady friend to get rid of the the frustrations. When I was on my way to see her all the frustrations went away. We were having a good time at this little place we found. When all of a sudden her ex walks in with his date. Quite the skank but it was still very hard on her. So I got to be her support. We both feel like we are trading up from the scum we used to be with.
