One out of every three-five children will be sexually abused by the age of 18; half by their biological fathers. The statistics are based on scientific evidence in the empirical literature. There is not always physical evidence of molestation for obvious reasons, but often psychological evidence revealed in “acting out” behaviors and a variety of other FORENSIC tests that DO NOT involve leading questions. Until you any of you at this board are FORENSIC experts, you have no expertise to make any comments. There is a myth about protective mothers and parents, that they are somehow coming from a vengeful place. The majority of them are not when you research the empirical literature. Since I am not an expert in this case, it is not for me to say whether or not Sheen abused his daughters; however, the empirical literature and his behaviors in general (e.g., sex addictions, rage, narcissism, explicitly abusive and inappropriate emails to the mother of his children) would compel me to scrutizine this case quite closely if I were an expert or judge presiding over the case, especially if the children are exhibiting symptoms that denote sexual abuse (e.g., sexually acting out, post-traumatic-stress-disorder, night-mares, inconsollable tantrums, etc.). Dispel the myth of "Medea" or the “woman scorned” because most mothers are not coming from a vengeful place; although a small percentage are.  Further, “inconclusive” or “unsubstantiated” does not mean the abuse did not occur. It simply means there wasn’t enough PHYSICAL evidence, such as torn tissue, to hold up in trial to convict the perp. or to mandate supervised visitation. Also, perhaps it isn’t Denise that went public with the info., but the Papparazzi.

I Think Denise Richards is NOT trying to boost her show but is  a very over Protective Mom  that  at one point in her life was abused herself &  is scared to death  that this  is Happening  to her  daughters  for they are out of her site.
Ok Charlie  may not Have been a perfect  mate for her ,  He may not be a perfect mate  at all  who Knows. 
But as a Dad I truly believe in my hearts of hearts  that  he is a good Dad and he never  ever  abused those Girls nor will he ever.
I adore Denise , Truly i do !  Yet Like I said I believe she is just  petrified that when she is seeing things that are not there  or blowing them out of  proportion.
If her Staff  & Friends were any kind of friends they would NOT feed into her fear and  not Keep letting her  make these  allegations, without  110% proof and facts.
I could be wrong yet I have been were she is at! I  was fearing the same thing  when my kids were alone with their Dad  for it happened to me as  a child. 
When  a Mom  who Loves  her kids  as much  as she does   is not around them  24/7  all terrible thoughts  go threw  your head.
However I do  wish Charlie himself  would also  give her a break. Instead of Understanding her fears he just wants to counter attack and  take the kids away,   What an Ass! Charlie  for God's Sake you Loved her  once  to make these two kids ,  use that once Love to understand her fears ,help  re-assure her all is ok & you would never hurt the  girls at all ever no matter what you feel or how you feel about her Now.
Do not  keep counter attacking. All this mess just  keeps hurting the Girls.
