Its a great day being a Friday. I am looking to a very relaxing low stress weekend. Some good food, some good wine, great conversation and just being. I have been having great workouts this week, really starting to see some changes in the body. I've gained some weight back but I think its mostly muscle.
Next week may be a somewhat difficult week. It would have been my 20th anniversary this week. But I am not feeling any stress at this point and my IC thought leading up to it would have been harder than the actual day. So far so good.
