Initial Case Management Court Date is this Monday

This Monday I have to attend court with my STBX and our attorneys to determine the first steps in the financial and custody of the kids (10 & 7 year olds). I provided a monthly statement of pay outs from everything to car payment to kids tution. What can I expect to find out in this first court date? We are trying to be amicable but I am hurting as I don't want this and believe that she had atleast an "emotional" infidelity with my daugther's teacher. She is a teacher at another school and I don't want both of my children to attend this school anymore, too much baggage and the staff/admin does not know about her misdoings. Will I be asked to share why I think it's not in the kids best interest to attend the school?

At some point you are going to have to say why you don't want them to go to that school and you are going to get looked at like you are nuts...a judge is not going to change childrens' school because one or the other parent associates their emotional baggage with it. if the CHILDREN had a problem at the school - then it would be waranted, but just because you feel emotionally scorned - it won't happen.

You will get a timeframe, a mediation date, maybe temp support ordered at the case management hearing.
