At some point you are going to have to say why you don't want them to go to that school and you are going to get looked at like you are nuts...a judge is not going to change childrens' school because one or the other parent associates their emotional baggage with it. if the CHILDREN had a problem at the school - then it would be waranted, but just because you feel emotionally scorned - it won't happen. You will get a timeframe, a mediation date, maybe temp support ordered at the case management hearing.
