Both of your names are on the mortgage, both of you have to sign it - regardless if you are getting divorce and actually even moreso BECAUSE you are...they won't change it. How would they know it all should go to you? Unless you have a court order stating the unused portions are to be returned to Trisha - then their hands are tied.
I know you are anxious for the money but give the guy 24-48 hours to call you back.
