Lying Soon to be ex husband

I have seen my stbxh with his girlfriend on many occasions he says we don't have that kind of relationship! He lies to everyone about it- I have tryed to get pictures of them together but he complains to his lawyer that I am harrassing him and her. I know I should just sit back and let him get caught but, I want to use this extra information for my divorce.
How would you handle this situation?

There aren't many states anymore that would even take his dating someone into consideration. The only time it comes into play is if there are kids involved and he already has her sleeping in the house while the kids are there, and that for custody. If he's seeing her without kids around, unless she is a criminal, drug dealer, etc, it doesn't matter. Leave them alone, it's only making you look bad. If there are kids involved, hire a PI and let them do it.

Back off for a while and leave them alone. Do you really need that for a divorce in your state? When they think you have given up on catching them hire a private detective and let him get the pictures. But don't tell anyone you are doing this.
I have found it doesn't get you any more money; maybe divorced sooner.
