JUDGEMENT AFTER SETTLEMENT

YES HE BROUGHT ME BACK TO COURT AFTER SETTLEMENT WAS SIGNED. NOW THIS THURSDAY WILL BE 28 DAYS SINCE JUDGE NEEDS MY ATTORNEY TO ENTER FINAL JUDGEMENT. BUT WAIT, I JUST FOUND OUT LAST WEEK THAT THE HOME I RECIEVED IN SETTLEMENT HAS A SECOND MORTGAGE AND IN THE SETTLEMENT ITS CALLED, HE PAYS FOR THE HOME EQUITY LOAN WHICH IS THE SECOND MORTGAGE. MY ATTORNEY IS NOT RETURNING MY CALLS ABOUT THIS ISSUE. WHAT DO I DO BEFORE THE JUDGE ENTERS HER STAMP FOR DIVORCE. I WAS THE ONE THAT FILED 2 YEARS AGO.......ANY HELP WITH STRAIGHT A FACTS..STATE OF MICHIGAN...........THANKS
