Goal - Will Lose Weight - Really

I'm back...
OK, so how's everyone doing on their weight loss goal? I have lost 3lbs. Yep that's it. BUT, I have continued with my running. I have been running every day with the exception of Saturday. I am starting to feel good again. I haven't had an Oreo in a long time. I want one though. I really, really do.

Hey everyone! I'm new to Divorce360 and started exercising about a month after my spouse told me he wanted a divorce(about 4 mos. ago). I began running about a month ago and am up to 3 miles a day. While I've only lost a few pounds I have definitely felt and seen a change in my body. I haven't really been eating any differently, maybe I'll start that tomorrow. Or next week...

Actually the walk o' meter is good. Although this week the walk o' Rober is doing too well. I missed yesterday because I was too busy. I'm gonna need to get out there today. I'd show you my nike page but they don't seem to want me to share that.
I know what gave me the 2 pounds though. I went to that dinner party, drank lots of wine and ate like a horse. The food was really rich. This week, I should be better. I'm eating grass and water from the lawn and that's it. Ok, not really, but that's how I justify last nights hamburger. ;)

I managed to gain 2! I'm not sure this was the progress I was looking for.
Congrats to you though! It must be all that wedding food! ;)
