custody

if a couple is getting a divorce no lawers involved yet can either parent take child out of state?

She needs to get a lawyer NOW. I found in my divorce that you don't do anything without legal counsel. There may be legal aid available to her to help with this issue if money is not readily available. I wouldn't leave the state without legal advice at this point.

they both agreed 2 weeks ago,he told her go take the kid just promise me i  wont have to pay anything for her,she said fine just let me go please.they set the date she would leave state june 11th well today he had her phone shut off an lights tomorrow an says you will never get my daughter out of state.shes all packed, trucked rented..so now what?? can anyone help with advice???

if both parties agree and are fine with it than I don't see why not.  I mean no legal action has started and if both people are fine with it than no problems...it would just be like one parent going with the child if you were married with no issues.  Consult an attorney if you want to be safe.
