OMG.....He gave her an STD

So I need this answer for my friend ( I'm sure you are all saying "yeah right a friend " but it truley is I told her about this website and said if any one would know someone here would know the answer) So does anyone know if in PA when filing for divorce if you can be awarded addition monies/equities if the cheating spouse gives the non-cheating spouse an STD ?? She has proof of the cheating and doctor reports to back everything up with it.

well, here's the thing - she can have all the medical proof on her part she wants that she has an STD, but if she doesn't have any proof that HE had it as well, and is only going by the fact he cheated and that is why she has it - it's not going to do her any good.

His attorney could argue she caught it some other way - and win, because she has no proof and he won't be forced to get tested.
