target of her anger

My friend is working up to asking his wife for a divorce. Currently he is the target of her anger when she gets mad (at anything). One of his fears is that she will turn her anger on their two children when he is gone. How should he handle this?

Make sure his lawyer is aware of his concerns BEFORE he leaves. He may want to wait until theyhave gone to court. Document everything ....past and present in case he needs it in court.
Another phsyco ex story. Believe me I know it first hand. If he thinks even for a minute that she may hurt the children he needs to try to protect them as much as possible.
